Construction

Our pads are constructed of  variety of densities of open cell foam rubber. It is then covered by a 22 oz. PVC vinyl. This vinyl is flexible, yet extremely durable.

We have found from a decade of experience that a welded seam is the best way to close the pad opposed to a sewn seam. Not only is it stronger, but it does not allow fluid to enter the pad
where it gets trapped. Most importantly, this is more sanitary.

Our pad are virtually maintenance free other than cleaning and proper care.
